2005 Summer Of Sin Tour
Tori toured solo during the Original Sinsuality Tour. There had been rumours that the band would be joining her but to no avail.
During the set Tori played cover requests from the audience, this was known as Tori’s piano bar and accounts for the variety of songs which were covered on this tour. Most of the cover songs had a connection with where they were played or indeed a link to current events. When Kylie Minogue was diagnosed with cancer, that night, Tori played “Can’t Get you Out Of My Head”. She notably refused to play a Smiths song – despite a multitude of requests – in Manchester due to Morrissey being rather rude to her.
This tour was essentially in two parts, the first part being the Orginal Sinsuality Tour (April – July) – Summer of Sin (August – Sepetmber)
